Job Title: Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Parking Pro Shop
Salary: $16-18 per hour

Job Description:
Parking Pro Shop is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Fulfillment Associate with strong computer and office skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, communicating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer orders promptly and accurately using order management software
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and shipping details
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve order issues or delays
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders
• Maintain digital records and order processing activities

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in order fulfillment or customer service is a plus
